Mashle

Both have protagonist with simple mentality that are more strong that the rest of characters, their words have people with powers and the shows are full of comedy. 

Both Asta and Mash possess zero magical powers, yet they train their body and soul and surpass all magic users with personal effort. Society hates them since they harshly consider them useless and human trash. Both series also have some decent comedy and hella lot of action. Both Asta and Mash starts from the bottom and surpass their physical limits.

Silly protag-kun gets into funky adventures. He is the unbothered (or only mildly bothered) king in a world of highly bothered individuals. Also it's funny 

Deadpan overpowered dessert loving main character wanting to live a simple life but draws friends with colorful and quirky personalities to them. Mashle however is a typical Shonen with actual bad guys while Saiki is placed in an ordinary school life.  

Welcome to Demon School Ikruma-kun and Mashle are both fun comedy anime that I love and would recommend. Although the main characters are very different they along with the overall setting share similarities that I believe make each series a good recommendation. Similarities in Main Character - Mash and Iruma are both highschool aged boys that are powerless. They do not possess magic and they are just humans. Both of the go to a school full of people that can use magic and even fly while they cannot. Both characters quickly make friends and are overall kind people. They both hide their true identities because it is dangerous for others to know who they really are. Differences - Mash is a very nonchalant character and isn't too expressive while Iruma is much more fearful of his situation in the beginning. Although both characters are good people, Iruma is more inclined to help others and use kind language while Mash is more of a kuudere-esque character. He acts before he thinks and does not express much fear or anger even when he feels it. Mash has a good heart but does not go out of his way to say the kind of things that Iruma would to butter people up. Iruma is a regular human in a world of demons. He does not have his own power and much of his fear comes from that. Although Mash lives in a world full of magic users, his physical strength is incredible. Some may say he is very confident in his strength but Mash just tries to use it for everything without thinking about the consequences. The setting is similar in the way that both worlds are filled with characters that can use different kinds of magic. It is the norm to have powers and fly (with wings in Iruma-kun and a broom in Mashle). The MCs both climb the ranks at their respective schools although Mash does it for an overarching goal. Both shows are comedies and have likable characters and some good character development. I watched Mashle in sub and Welcome to Demon School in dub. I love the sub for Mashle although the dub in Iruma-kun is not the best of all the comedy anime that I have watched, it isn't Golden Time so 7/10 for me. &nbspread more 

- completely different tone yet both evoke and remind u of the atmosphere of harry potter when watching - Mashle is a pretty clearly intended parody of it, while Nanatsu no Maken is more of a serious/edgy/modern take on it - both revolve around a group of teenagers becoming friends in a magic school, and both have very well(especially considering current standard <_<) designed characters where pretty much whole main cast feels meaningful and not just like one-dimensional different haired and/or different boob-sized cardboard cutouts - both have elements of mystery - both have wonderful and rly fitting soundtracks - Mashle focuses way more on its protagonist Mash, while Nanatsu no Maken doesn't really have a single main protagonist (one could say Oliver is one but if we consider actual screentime and development he's gotten barely as much if not less than some other from the main cast at least so far)&nbspread more 

Both have peculiar main characters who focus on physical exercise. Both have powerful secondary friends characters. Both employ comedy aspects too yet have a good story

-Both protagonists are heavily discriminated against by having cursed origins. -Both protagonists are very diligent with training and getting strong. -They both enroll into magic school but are hilariously overpowered. -Similar nonchalant attitudes. 

For those who enjoyed "Mashle," diving into "Fairy Tail" offers a similar magical journey. Both series explore worlds filled with magic, featuring diverse powers and thrilling battles. In "Mashle," dormitory rivalries among magic school students provide exciting conflicts, while "Fairy Tail" showcases guilds as the backdrop for epic wizard duels. Fans will appreciate the rich variety of magical abilities and the intense action in both series. 

Both animes have an mc who is overpowered af but still has some obstacles, but not rlly in the case of anos. They're both about magic and going through some sort of schooling system where not everyone acknowledges the mc. 

honestly if you like mashle you would probably like any show that has magic as the power system and frieren is one of those shows, same with black clover but i cant really recommend it because i havent finished it yet. but yeah mashle and frieren are both funny shows except frieren is just more relaxed and not so muscles just magic. 

In a world of tangled politics and intrigue, the main character prefers to solve problems much more directly--specifically, their fist directly to your face. Comedy ensues as all onlookers are shocked at how the MC upsets the status quo. The MC, meanwhile, doesn't see anything particularly remarkable about their methods--they're just doing things their way, and that's that. 

Stories that take place in a magical school, the MC has no powers and slowly begins to befriend the rest of the students, and they have an action that drives the story with bits of comedy sprinkled in. 

- Both MCs are strong with their physical prowess and both kinda silly on their own. - Both are somewhat an outsider in their respective story with Mash as a non magic in magic school and Helk as a Human in demon world. - Both MCs somewhat despised by some high-ranking Wizard in Mashle and Demon in Helck. - Both has supportive sidekicks. 

If you like anime where the protag is super serious and does absolutely amazing things with a blank face and extra sparkles, look no further. While Sakamoto desu ga? is more about that perfect shojo protagonist in a modern school setting, you'll surely find it very similar in tropes to Mashle. 

Both have op MCs who exhibit a type of power that's different from the others and constantly shocks them 

- Both are set in a witchcraft school like in Harry Potter - Both have MCs that face issues with their magic abilities - Unique animation styles in both - Mashle is more slapstick comedy while Little Witch Academia has situational comedy 

Sakamoto Days has plot ideas similar to what Mashle attempts, a good story with sometimes ridiculous comedy that means if you liked Mashle, you'll definitely love what Sakamoto Days tries to do, or you might even like it a lot more (unless you're into Harry Potter-style magic). But you'll definitely be quite satisfied if you give it a chance. 

The near 50/50 split between comedy and action makes for a similar vibe I've gotten only a handful of times as a Beelzebub fan. Also, the comedy itself has a very 2000's surrealist-absurd style mixed in with a fair amount of slapstick, very much like Beelzebub. About the action aspect, both have an overpowered protagonist that imposes his will despite circumstances. They will get their way of doing things, wishes, values and objectives respected, no matter what. That's why they are also brave and bold, because they won't be pragmatic or too strategic, just force their way through, all or nothing. Both protagonists can be quite socially inept or dense, which is part of their charisma. Finally, the school setting allows for the same kind of world building and character utilization. Even the secondary characters get to have a spotlight, unique abilities or a quirk of their own, which works for comedy skits and combat. Also, there's alignments and factions, like the Tohoshinki and Magia Lupus (Beelzebub and Mashle, respectively).&nbspread more 

Both are action-comedy series with a cast of eccentric characters, lead by an overpowered MC. Although Sakamoto Days has more fights and Mashle's humour could be more absurd, both series share the lighthearted tone and how they don't take themselves seriosly, making them a very easy watch - great to enjoy when you just need a casual watch for a laid-back time that doesn't need deep thinking. 

- Both worlds include Unique Magic Powers and both MCs are targeted for their bodies by their father. - Has Amazing fights. Taizai follows a more serious story line while mashle is more comedic. 

Both Mashle and Magi series are similar in terms of power systems (Magic), but Magi has a better and deep story lines and Mashle has decent comedy. If you like one of them, you'll definitely like the other one and Both Sindbad and Mash are very cool!. 

Both anime are set in a world where magic defines one's position in society, and underdogs Rick and Mashle use their muscles to overcome magic since they possess zero magical ability.
