The Konnichiwa Festival is a Mexican distributor dedicated to distributing anime films, and sometimes Live Action, in theaters in Mexico and Latin America. It is a distributor that I really like and, whenever I have the opportunity, I take the time to go see the films that they distribute in theaters. Sometimes they dub their films into Latin Spanish, but most of the time they are shown with subtitles, unless they are very accessible films (Your Name, A Silent Voice, Demon Slayer: Mugen Train, Mirai).   There used to be a trend back in the day to retell anime tv series into movies. These movies were complete remakes like "Macross: Do You Remember Love?" which essentially rearranged the core pieces of their shows to make a more condensed 2 hour experience. I've always thought these films were interesting because we get 2 versions of the same story, so I thought I'd make a list of them. The 3 conditions required to be met to pass the test are (1) that at least 2 female characters appear in the media, (2), these characters have a conversation or interaction and (3), that the conversation/interaction is NOT about a man or their love/sex life.   Includes all* anime on the Anime+/GRAPH mahou shoujo/magical girl achievement list   in my opinion this is the best anime series and films that i have watched.   In this list we have all the anime movies released in Mexican theaters around the history of the country. I will try to be as accurate as possible with brand new titles.
