support: overhaul it

- Remove un-actionable filler text
- Remove link to userbase as it's mostly out of date
- Use inline links, not separate "Learn More" links that take up too
  much space
- Move "Documentation" section to second position as it's less likely to
  be relevant
- Link to new troubleshooting page
- Use fancy apostrophes and quotation marks
