minor updates for performance and bug fixing

Some minor bug fixes

Changes to argument names in nmf_wrapper. Minor changes in state_estimation - refactoring, adding a regularization parameter. README changes - included publication link.

Performance improvements, uploaded to pypi as uncurl_seq. Install using pip install uncurl-seq.

Renamed package "uncurl_seq" due to conflict on pypi. If this causes problems, remove the old uncurl repository using pip remove uncurl and then install again.
