  1. Update library versions 

    Also includes some code changes:
- Removes Stately, which we were only using for `ensureNeverFrozen()` calls that no longer do anything.
- Includes some import and config updates to account for SqlDelight and Kermit changes
- Includes some compose refactors to account for swipefrefresh and lifecycle changes
