@jorwoods as suggested: Expose ability to add flows to schedule, same as workbooks or datasources
Also added a second way to do it: you can either do schedule.add(item) or item. schedule_extract_refresh/item.schedule_flow_run
Todo: should define a type for items that can be added to a schedule
