so that we don't have to deal with importing it all manually

not sure how this could be done but this is what it needs to be able to do:

1. import course data into the classes database table
2. allow for easy switching of the format of the data
3. allow for easily updating the database with new data (perhaps via a diff)

we can use the hyperschedule-api for 5C data
