Sharing a channel link via Share via chat failed with
Failed reading: emptywhen picking Saved Messages, andnot a public groupwhen sharing from a non-public group. The server'ssendRefPaccepted only@/#(no*for Local), andAPIShareChatMsgContentrefused every group whosepublicGroupprofile wasNothing— even when a usable short link existed. AddedSRLocal NoteFolderIdtoSendRef(parser branch + no-recipient binding) and replaced the unconditional throw on non-public groups with a build-from-short-link path producing an unsignedMCChat.
