engram: Engram is a research-stage, domain-specific AI agent with a custom harness for biophysical and functional neural models. It orchestrates provenance-aware, closed-loop computational-neuroscience simulations for reproducible R&D. The public repository remains a placeholder pending source publication; it does not claim general paper reproduction or validated scientific results. NCP: NCP is a versioned, project-agnostic canonical-JSON contract connecting neural simulators or neuromorphic controllers to robots, UAVs, simulators and read-only analysis clients. It has a Rust reference, an independent TypeScript validator/client and Python/C/C++ bindings; HEAD is an unreleased, release-blocked 1.0 candidate, while v0.8.0 remains the latest immutable release. prisoma: Prisoma is a public Rust/Python research toolkit implementing canonical experiment run logs and replay groundwork while working toward provenance-complete capture-intervention-replay for intervention-grounded VLA-policy diagnosis. Real VLA capture and complete replay acceptance remain blocked; PID is a conditional diagnostic behind preregistered validity gates. The public 0.9.0 GitHub source prerelease is a research-software preview, not a scientific-results or production release. melkor: Melkor provides deterministic 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) conversion across PLY, SPZ and glTF. Its inspection reports surface field provenance, bounds and numeric hazards without modifying source assets. The current release candidate is source-only; no production binary is currently supported. Languages: C++, Python, JavaScript. galadriel: Galadriel is an experimental safe-Rust research prototype for cross-sensor consistency monitoring, combining NIS/CUSUM, sign-preserving correlation over producer-attested projections and optional PID diagnostics. MODEL & EXPLAIN

Engram is a research-stage, domain-specific AI agent utilizing a custom harness to orchestrate provenance-aware, closed-loop biophysical and functional neural simulations for reproducible R&D.

Prisoma is a public Rust/Python toolkit engineering canonical run-log and replay infrastructure for auditable capture-intervention-replay and embodied VLA-policy diagnosis.

pid-rs delivers protocol-neutral, safe-Rust mutual-information and Partial Information Decomposition (PID) estimators.

Cortexel transforms strict declarative JSON into deterministic scientific SVGs and exact-value tables, enforcing fail-closed provenance for neural-simulation figures.
PROPOSE & GOVERN

NCP establishes a versioned, canonical-JSON communication contract linking neural simulators and neuromorphic controllers with robotics, UAVs, and observers.

Haldir acts as a Rust mission-authorization reference monitor, strictly validating signed controller intents and deterministic policies before preparing decision receipts.

CREBAIN is a research-only spatial-awareness prototype managing final body state and actuator admission through Gaussian-splat visualization, persistent 3D multimodal tracking, and ML detection.
PERCEIVE & RECONSTRUCT

Manwe provides an alpha airspace-perception workbench integrating vision, audio, multi-camera geometry, and multi-target tracking via Python and Rust/Candle.

Galadriel monitors cross-sensor statistical consistency using NIS/CUSUM and sign-preserving correlation to deliver fail-closed, deny-only diagnostic observations.

Melkor executes deterministic 3D Gaussian Splatting (3DGS) asset conversion across PLY, SPZ, and glTF formats, rigorously surfacing field provenance and numeric hazards; its release candidate is source-only, with no production binary.

The cobot and relief atlases supply high-volume, pipeline-generated 3D mesh datasets strictly as data inputs for VLA training, manipulation research, and humanitarian simulation.

Boundary that matters: Every system retains independent operability. Commands remain strictly proposals until explicitly authorized by CREBAIN's actuator-admission gates. Galadriel and Prisoma function solely as read-only observers; pid-rs calculates without wire protocols; Cortexel operates as a one-way export sink. Graph topography illustrates potential research relationships, data flows, and optional protocol boundaries—not certified production deployments. NCP 1.0 and its associated frameworks currently remain unreleased research candidates.
