This repository serves as the working tracker for a SEAL Certification engagement. The client maintains their own policy documentation separately; this repo tracks the certification process, evidence collection, and gap analysis.
- Scoping - Define certifications, infrastructure, and boundaries
- Policy Development - Client drafts or refines policies (tracked in their own repo/docs)
- Evidence Collection - Gather evidence that policies are implemented and followed
- Gap Analysis - Review evidence against certification controls, identify gaps
- Certification - Final review, decisions, and on-chain attestations (EAS)
