Adding content type header as application/x-www-form-urlencoded

Hi Team,

Even if there is no content (e.g: Delete method API), ApacheHttpClient adding default content type as application/x-www-form-urlencoded. If there is no payload, no need of adding Content-Type([here](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/35722586/header-parameters-accept-and-content-type-in-a-rest-context). Can you please help me in understanding why this default content type is added?
