🧭 About

I design, ship, and operate reliable software.
My focus: turning vague problems into production-ready systems—from backend APIs to CI/CD, observability, and ML workflows.

  • Now: Software Engineer (Trading & Pre-Trade systems) at SG CIB
  • Also: Founder of NerionSoft (building & running lean, secure infra for SMEs)
  • Before: Full-stack + infra for Hôtel La Louisiane (site, network, on-prem hosting)

FR: ingénieur logiciel orienté impact, pragmatique, et documentation first.

🧩 What I do (problem → action → impact)

  • Slow or fragile services → tighten interfaces, add guards, automate tests & deployments → fewer incidents, faster releases ⚙️
  • Manual, error-prone ops → pipelines, observability, backups & runbooks → time saved + safer ops 🧪
  • Tool/DB sprawl → simple, documented infra (reverse proxy, SSL, users/roles) → maintainable systems 🔐
  • Data & ML in limbo → traceable experiments, versioned artifacts, deployable models → real, stable value from ML 📈

🏗️ Current projects

  • SG CIB — service reliability & delivery for pre-trade workloads (perf, CI/CD, incident follow-up)
  • NerionSoft — shipping web backends + small K8s/Docker stacks that clients can actually run
  • Infra on Dell R620 — homelab/playground for K8s, monitoring, and cost-controlled hosting

⭐ Selected highlights

  • Cut deployment risks with reviewable, repeatable releases (pipelines + checks)
  • Reduced silent failures by adding structured logs/metrics/traces and basic SLOs
  • Eliminated double data entry (site ↔ CRM ↔ billing) via small, robust ETL jobs
  • Made on-prem hosting viable (Nginx, SSL, access boundaries, off-site backups)

🧰 Tech (used where it makes sense)

Backend: Java (Spring), Node/TypeScript, Python
Data & DB: PostgreSQL, Supabase, ETL/ELT
DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx, GitHub/GitLab CI, Linux
MLOps: packaging, tracking, deploy (MLflow-style), basic NLP
Obs: logs/metrics/traces, dashboards, alerts
