- Infra on Dell R620 — homelab/playground for K8s, monitoring, and cost-controlled hosting
- Cut deployment risks with reviewable, repeatable releases (pipelines + checks)
- Reduced silent failures by adding structured logs/metrics/traces and basic SLOs
- Eliminated double data entry (site ↔ CRM ↔ billing) via small, robust ETL jobs
- Made on-prem hosting viable (Nginx, SSL, access boundaries, off-site backups)
