Using a hifiberry digi hat I had lying around, I was able to set the output device to the hifiberry, and after that, was able to set the output device to HDMI finally producing audio. |

Having installed the latest release onto an RPI3,
I find changing the Output Devicet from "On-board Headphones" to "On-board HDMI 1" is not applied and reverted automatically to headphones moments later or when refreshing the page.
Journalctl does not show any activity when selecting HDMI either asif the input is not registered
The Pi is connected to a TV showing the UI on screen; so HDMI video is working
