Hi, my name is Langtian Qin and I am a Computer Science PhD student at UC Irvine. My research interests lie in the intersection of Machine Learning (ML) and Wireless Systems. Specifically, I (a) design ML-based algorithms or modules for wireless communication and networking systems (ML for resource allocation, channel estimation, etc.)—and (b) build communication and computing pipelines to enable efficient and reliable ML model training and inference (split computing, edge computing, etc.).
