This fixes the `AttributeError: 'PeerUser' object has no attribute 'channel_id'`. Maybe we should also have a method to show nearby users?

This fixes the
AttributeError: 'PeerUser' object has no attribute 'channel_id'. Telegram must've changed the format.Maybe we should also have a method to show nearby users?
