…cludes the following fixes:

- added source/target tags of 1.2 so the library is backwards compatible with older JDKs
- excluded .svn directories from the build so they don't show up in the distro
- changed the version number to 1.2.1 and the release date to 2008
- excluded the PSwing test classes from the build (a separate test directory needs to be broken out in the upcoming Maven build)
