I'm sure this has probably been though of, but I didn't see any open topic for it in the roadmap under "email" or "mail" so I thought I would mention it here.

Likely after completion of this feature already in development #98 it would be good to have the ability to send automated email messages to users with different subscription options available

• Password reset
• Album shared with you (credentialed/ named) user
• Album shared with you (non-credentialed user) --> feed in a list of emails create a unique URL for each and send to the address.
• More photos added to album
• Tagged in a photo (assuming you have access to view it)
• etc

Messages could be sent via SMTP to an existing mail server.
