Importing: Move files to "Unimported" directory if failed #2243

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I dump a lot of pictures from exisitng folders by copying them to Import directory and it works great for most of the files, but not all (MPEG videos for example - I don't expect nor want them to be supported)! Photoprism automatically does it's magic and moves the pictures and videos to originals folder, however it leaves empty folders and files that can't be imported in the input directory ( I think it has to scan trough them again on the next Import session, no? ) - could we have it so it moves those files to a new "Unimported" directory (would enable a lot of cool automations like processing said videos with Handbrake and dumping them into Import again) or at least delete the empty folders? Maybe storring the name of the folders could be usefull for something ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Describe the solution you'd like

New "Unimported" directory created being filled with pictures and videos that didn't get imported.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Manually sifting trough thousands of files before putting them in Import directory :/
