Fix accidentally removing the grant for GM_getValue

Remove BotDefense posting from fast-report.js

Sadly reddit admins are _determined_ to kill their site, and one of the
casualties is botdefense.

Add subreddit specific report reasons

Changes reportReasons to expect a JSON object, full of both global and
optionally subreddit level reports.

Global reports go under a `@global` key in the object, sub-specific
reports go under subreddit name keys. Values are still lists

Taskerbot cleanup button now removes posts on BotDefense. Pair this with
the bot-report feature in fast-reports

Taskerbot enhancements now matches against old.reddit.com as well as
www.reddit.com

Add preset reasons to fast report

Preset reasons may be added to the script's value store, and will appear
as type-aheads in the browser when using the fast report input field

Add mutation observer for fast report

Ensures that fast report links appear on "new" content
