Verification Help & Guidance
Hi everyone,
Hello GitHub Education Team,
I am applying for the teacher benefits. I am a faculty member at Vinnytsia State Pedagogical University. My automated applications keep getting rejected, and I politely request a manual review by a human moderator.
I am facing two issues with the automated system:
Camera limitation: The system requires using the device camera, but my iPad forces the front camera or compresses the image to under 1MB, making the text completely unreadable for your OCR bot.
Language, Grammar, and Job Title: My official employment certificate is in Ukrainian. In Ukrainian grammar, names change endings depending on the case. My profile name is "Лопатюк Юрій Олегович", but in the official document, it is written in the dative case as "Лопатюку Юрію Олеговичу". The automated system flags this as a mismatch.
Furthermore, the bot does not recognize my position as a valid faculty role. Please note that in the Ukrainian higher education system, a 'Concertmaster' (Концертмейстер) is an official pedagogical and academic position (Faculty Member), not just an accompanist. I work directly with students in classrooms, actively teaching, coaching their musical performance, and participating in their educational and examination processes at the Department of Vocal and Choral Training. Therefore, I am official teaching staff.
I have attached a high-quality, clear photo of my official employment certificate to this ticket. It clearly shows my name, my faculty position, the university's official seal, and today's date.
My GitHub username is: @neoforever93
Could you please review this attached document manually and approve my faculty status?
Thank you for your time and understanding.
Best regards,

Yurii Lopatiuk
