Verification Help & Guidance
Hi everyone,
Hi, I’m trying to apply for the GitHub Student Developer Pack.
My application was not approved with this message:
“Please use your device camera to submit academic affiliation documents.”
I am using my laptop’s built-in camera and taking the photo directly through the verification page. The document is clear in the camera preview, but after I click the capture button, the resulting photo becomes blurry and the academic details are no longer readable.
I am using an official Certificate of Enrollment as my academic document.
Is there a recommended browser, camera setting, or troubleshooting step for this issue?
Thank you.
