I should have done this a while back, but until I am able to contribute to Node again it doesn't make sense for me to continue to be on the TSC.

Looking forward to being able to contribute more once I can, hopefully soon 🤞!

FWIW, when this lands, might be good to insert TSC into the commit message subject line to be clear that we're talking about TSC Emeritus, not Collaborator Emeritus.
