This is the parent planning issue for all things Node-RED 5.0. The fine detail will be in the linked child issues; but this is where it all starts.

There are four threads of activity for Node-RED 5. Some are more well-defined than others. Each thread has its own parent issue linked below.

The intention is to ship early and ship often for Node-RED 5.0. We will do regular beta releases, starting asap, so we can more easily get feedback from the community. We can evaluate the reach of the beta via the telemetry feedback.
