Running the Application

Install Node.js from http://nodejs.org
Install global pre-requisites:

npm install superstatic -g

Run npm install
Run npm start to compile the TypeScript and start the server
Navigate to the URL shown in the console (normally http://localhost:3474 but may be a different port)
