Would there be appetite for Fortran implementations of the examples? I've recreated the examples from the hello world and the MPI_Send/MPI_Recv tutorials (as an exercise for myself) but I'd be willing to cover all the examples if they'd be useful.

When complete, they could either sit along-side the current code examples (e.g., tutorials/mpi-hello-world/code/mpi_hello_world.f90) with sign-posting in the respective tutorials, or in a separate dedicated Fortran tutorial (e.g., tutorials/mpi-fortran/code/mpi_hello_world.f90).
