Creating invalid modules #249
Description
I was using moditect to create a module info for HdrHistogram
It seems to have been tripped up by something because the generated export is org.HdrHistogram$packedarray and not the actual package name of org.HdrHistogram.packedarray.
I've been using moditect pretty successfully so far so I didn't expect something like this to crop up
