OS: Linux Mint Cinnamon 21.3

Have find problem to use some latvian fonts ī, ā in Rich text filter when use Shotcut Flatpak version 23.12.15 (using apostrophe to get latvian special fonts like šāžč)

With layout Latvian (special key Alt) all working good.

In apt version 22.01.30+ds-1 this problem not observed.
