I have been getting the following error when building since last week.

When I checked the source directory myself, it seems that the location has changed a bit,

http://archive.apache.org/dist/xml/xalan-j --> https://archive.apache.org/dist/xml/xalan-j/source/
is this the bug correct? Should I manually modify the location and proceed?
