docs: remove mxGraph resources that are no longer used#621

Removed - `manual.html`: everything has been migrated - `known-issues.html`: do not apply to maxGraph - mxGraph logo: they won't be reused, if we want a logo we will recreate a new one - images about architecture involving server side component not provided by maxGraph - former css and js resources no longer used In addition: - graph page: display the method call hierarchy diagram - rename mxGraph images temporary kept (but not used for now) to better identify them
