I would not bother caring about appveyor, I think it would have been skipped because only doc files were touched, aside from that I accidentally opened to main initially. (Like how ghactions/azure were skipped) |

The section about installing has been rewritten on main for meson, but the new pointer to troubleshooting is relevant on the backport
