I’m curious how people here usually approach this decision.
When you choose or switch a note-taking tool, do you start from the tool itself and adapt your workflow to it, or do you begin with how you think and then look for a tool that fits that? What usually makes you switch tools - is that missing features, discomfort in daily use, or a mismatch with how you think?
I’m asking because I’ve noticed that many discussions focus on features, while the decision process itself doesn't seem so common.
