Removes [glob](https://github.com/isaacs/node-glob). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [glob](https://github.com/isaacs/node-glob), [semantic-release](https://github.com/semantic-release/semantic-release) and [@semantic-release/npm](https://github.com/semantic-release/npm). These dependencies need to be updated together.
