I am using a Surface Go 1 with Fedora KDE 43, and I have an issue when the laptop starts up. The touchpad doesn't work from the external keyboard, the keyboard itself works though.

I have to detach and reattach the external keyboard / touchpad so that it works. Any ideas?

I am wondering installing the linux-surface kernel would help? I just installed fedora out of the box
