Fixed camel case for Elasticsearch, replaced Elastic with Elasticsearch (Elastic is the company, Elasticsearch is the software), removed spaces before colons, removed "the" before Data Collector, source => origin, capitalization and periods for consistency. 
Please make sure my changes didn't break links to files/video? 
Left "lat/lon" attributes in case that's the name of the attributes. But if it's not, then it's nicer to say "latitude and longitude attributes" - ?

Fixed Elastic<s>earch everywhere, added a sentence about enabling the pipeline help bar.  
I wasn't sure about whether the rest of the doc Init Capped the Headings or not, so after you approve changes, I might make a final light cleanup pass for consistency? Sorry I have a terrible memory! (also I thought we had bolded tab names, but here they're ital?)
FYI, you have * around a Note, but it's not working because of code in the middle.
