Scope question
Would a source-linked compatibility or deployment example for SandBase Harness be appropriate for the Agent Sandbox documentation or examples?
Agent Sandbox provides a Kubernetes Sandbox CRD/controller for stateful singleton workloads and explicitly delegates low-level isolation to selected Sandbox Runtimes. SandBase Harness is a separate local-first/self-hosted AI-agent runtime that supports Kubernetes as one selectable sandbox backend and provides sessions, governed tools, MCP, credentials, audit/replay, and a local Console.
The two projects appear complementary rather than interchangeable:
- Agent Sandbox: Kubernetes-side lifecycle/orchestration of stateful sandbox workloads.
- SandBase Harness: agent-session/runtime governance and execution-plane integration.
Current SandBase references:
I am not claiming an existing first-party adapter or requesting a predetermined inclusion. I maintain/contribute to SandBase Harness and disclose that affiliation. If this is out of scope for the Agent Sandbox repository, no PR is needed; if it is in scope, please advise the preferred documentation/example format. Any isolation guarantee would remain dependent on the selected Kubernetes runtime and deployment configuration.
