Description

• Adds BackupsSuspended to protection_state
• Removes protection_states that aren't persistent or result in a bad request (Invalid state), I did not wrap these in a 5.0 flag since these values didn't do anything in the resource's current state. If preferred, I can add the 5.0 flag for these.
• Fixes an issue where protection_state wouldn't apply changes when going from ProtectionStopped to any other protection state (to re-enable protection)
