Description

Microsoft has changed the API, 400 errors are now returned when the slot's kind doesn't match the parent's kind.

After testing, it appears kind is entirely optional for LFA slots, removed hardcoded value.

Error for reference:

The slot 'kind' property 'functionapp,linux' must match the Production site 'kind' property 'functionapp,linux,container'
