Description

Adding custom_parameters attributes list to azurerm_databricks_workspace datasource:

Please note that the following resource attributes are not included in the datasource as these are no available in the REST API:

• private_subnet_network_security_group_association_id
• public_subnet_network_security_group_association_id

Also created a simple acceptance test reusing the existing resource test code.
