This PR contains only docs updates, but after merging it we will make a new release.

@james-willis please, take a lool.

cc: @sonalgoyal this release provides significant improvements in the connected components. On benchmarks speed-up is around 5x with a new mode (broadcastThreshold = -1). Feel free to test with snapshots (https://graphframes.io/02-quick-start/01-installation.html#nightly-builds) and left a comment in case of any problems. The release is still fully back-compatible.

They are in main documentation. I see no reasons to put them in README. Nightly builds are still published from main.
