Update User Guide to include missing features

There are some features missing from the [User Guide](https://graphframes.github.io/graphframes/docs/_site/user-guide.html):

* Power iteration clustering
* `filterVertices`
* `filterEdges`

...and others. I will review the Scala and Python code and add any missing features to the User Guide.
