When restoring to a cluster, the restore status file,
/data/user/common/ghe-restore-status, which is used by the management console to determine the status of a restore, is currently only written to one node.This PR modifies the
update_restore_statusfunction so that/data/user/common/ghe-restore-statusis updated on all online cluster nodes./cc @github/backup-utils
