Additional notes for reviewers

I am affiliated with SandBase. The plugin is fully source-visible at the submitted immutable SHA. It requires Docker plus MANAGED_AGENTS_URL for an existing Harness runtime; MANAGED_AGENTS_API_KEY is optional when that runtime does not require one. The stdio MCP configuration pins the public image ghcr.io/sandbaseai/sandbase-harness-mcp:0.3.7 rather than executing a floating tag. The plugin does not store credentials in its manifest or MCP configuration. Codex assisted with repository inspection and drafting this submission; I verified the manifest, immutable source, image reference, requirements, and disclosure.
