Closes #7346

Why are the changes needed?

Currently the sandbox uses fixed port mappings internally, so users cannot run the sandbox on custom ports when the default ones are already occupied. This makes local development difficult in environments where those ports are unavailable.

What changes were proposed in this pull request?

  • Added support for custom sandbox port mappings through a new --ports flag.
  • Updated sandbox configuration to accept multiple port mappings.
  • Modified sandbox startup logic to use user-provided ports when supplied.
  • Kept the existing default behavior unchanged when custom ports are not passed.

Example:

flytectl sandbox start --ports 8080:30081

How was this patch tested?

  • Ran go build ./...
  • Verified that flytectl sandbox start --help shows the new --ports option.
  • Confirmed the sandbox startup flow compiles successfully with custom port configuration support.

Upgrade github.com/spf13/viper from v1.11.0 to v1.21.0 across all Go
modules. This required migrating from github.com/mitchellh/mapstructure
to github.com/go-viper/mapstructure/v2 (viper's new dependency) and
fixing two behavioral changes:

1. The sliceToMapHook now handles map[string]interface{} in addition to
   map[interface{}]interface{}, as newer YAML parsing returns the former.

2. Viper v1.21+ added insensitiveArray() which recursively lowercases
   keys inside arrays, breaking the array-based workaround for
   case-sensitive map keys. Added restoreCaseSensitiveArrayKeys() to
   re-read config files directly and restore original key casing within
   arrays.

During a recent issue w/ woven, we noticed the informer cache was off causing for pods to not have their finalizers cleared. There have been rare instances across customer clusters in which pods aren't able to terminate due to not having their finalizers cleared.

This change clears finalizers using Patch (merge patch) instead of Update as to reduce instances of stale state in the informer cache causing conflicts when updating the pod. Also adding a metric to track failures when clearing finalizers.
