An atom plugin to help creating an issue to a configured github repo, it is useful if you put the issues as a blog.
Github issue is a good place to write blog. So I write the plugin to help publishing a blog to the issue. And it is very easy to use--ctrl-alt-i. And the plugin will create an issue According to the config.
