Goal is to pre commit some Genesis Group shares to participate in the FEI/TRIBE Initial DEX Offering
This should result in a burning of FGEN and a stored balance and only be one-way
Also fixes part of OZ audit issue N21 by removing IOrchestrator. If the OZ team has time to audit the changes to GenesisGroup.sol in the POZ-Combined branch that would be wonderful! This PR has most of the changes less a few fixes for vulns found by ConsenSys.
