Parallelizes unit tests with 16 containers, and integration tests with 5.
Parallelizes by file size, so the larger files will weight heavier when being allocated to a container.
Splits the bonding curve and tribal chief unit tests into 2 and 3 files, respectively, because even being assigned to a single container they were still taking far too long.
