I'm getting this error when setting up my environment fresh again. Basically copy/paste over stuff from my old hard drive and hitting this error.

This is running in windows git-bash environment with the zsh copied over from an msys2 install. I was up-to-date in my old install and didn't have this issue and it was setup the same way.
