Implement the Matching Game home page in SwiftUI, including game setup and results tabs with a custom rounded tab bar.
This PR creates
MatchingGameHomeViewwhich uses aTabViewfor switching betweenGameSetupTab(for board size selection and starting the game) andResultsTab(for displaying game statistics). It also includes customBoardSizePickerandRoundedTabBarcomponents to match the provided design.
