Despite being logged in, I'm told my account does not exist #454

I notice that I am not listed as a collaborator on any projects. When I try to add myself, I get the error message "No DocumentCloud account was found with that email." However, I remain logged into the account.

Another odd behavior: a coworker says that she still sees me listed on these projects as a collaborator, though I don't see myself. So for project ID 33920, I see four collaborators, excluding myself, and she sees five collaborators, including myself.
