Description
Changes ClamAV image source from DockerHub
clamav/clamav(Alpine) toclamav/clamav-debian. Only the Debian variant offers multi-platform images. In future the DockerHub repo may change.This isn't too important since we are only interested in taking a copy of the database from the image. It should however make this CI warning go away:
